Our HERO Programs have been curated for all skill and play levels, building our confidence in learning and having fun through a variety of sports activities from our 11-sport curriculum! HERO Coaches are expertly trained in creating an inclusive, socially, emotionally supportive, FUN experience for all kiddos. We strike the perfect balance between structure and play, while providing a foundation for important mentoring relationships for each kiddo.

From HERO Home Run Baseball to Jumpers & Dunks Basketball, Touchdown Football, Slap Shot Floor Hockey, Tumblin’ Time Gymnastics, Blast Off Kickball, Power Kickin' Soccer, Lacrosse, and HERO GO Track & Field, there's always something new to learn. Each week, we’ll focus on the fundamentals of the featured sport, developing skills like ready positions, dribbling, shooting, receiving, scoring, and more through fun HERO games. Our sessions also build listening, teamwork, and core values such as sharing, supporting, taking turns, and encouraging one another. Young athletes delve into a variety of sports, including HERO Home Run Baseball, Touchdown Football, Slap Shot Hockey, Spike Volleyball, HERO Go Track & Field, Power Kickin’ Soccer, Cartwheels and Tumblin’ Time Gymnastics, Jumpers and Dunks Basketball, Mindfulness Yoga Flow, Power Lacrosse, Blast Kickball, and more! From ready positions to FUN challenges like bumps and navigating thrilling sports-themed obstacle courses, participants embark on a non-competitive journey where every skill acquired is a victory. HERO Fantastic 10 Sports transforms each child into a sports HERO, fostering teamwork, camaraderie, and a lifelong love for the game. Join us for an adventure filled with non-competitive sports and FUN-filled learning! A central focus in our coaching technique is to encourage teamwork, sportsmanship and most importantly HAVE FUN! Participants will hone sport fundamentals with an emphasis on motor skill development, coordination and reaction, and building their confidence!
