Teeny Tiny Tigers Swim Lessons

DescriptionTeeny Tiny Tigers is our introductory swimming class designed for beginner swimmers aged 6 to 14 months. This program combines water acclimation, engaging songs, and skill practice to introduce essential infant swimming basics. Our goal is to provide the resources necessary to ensure your little one can remain safe around water, even at this young age. The primary goals of Teeny Tiny Tigers is to introduce young swimmers to floating on their stomach and back, and understand safe exit points and basic water safety skills. Your child may be encouraged to try new things, which might result in a few tears. This class also empowers the parent or caretaker in the water to understand safe swim practices that extend outside of the lesson pool. As a parent-child lesson, an adult must always be present in the water with each participant. Our dedicated instructors will guide you on how to respond, what to do, and how to continue your child’s progress on their new aquatic journey.

Jr. Cubs Swim Lessons

DescriptionDesigned for swimmers 2 years of age, Jr. Cubs offers a 1:2 instructor-to-swimmer ratio. Whether new to the water or ready to swim independently, children receive personalized instruction with plenty of support to build confidence and water safety skills. For summer lessons, Jr. Cubs Levels 2 and 3 swim together in this low-ratio setting, allowing for tailored instruction as swimmers progress at their own pace.

Cubs Level 5 Swim Lessons

DescriptionFor swimmers ages 3 to 5 who can swim 25 yards of freestyle, backstroke, and perform breaststroke and butterfly kicks. This level focuses on building endurance and refining key competitive skills like ready position, streamline, kneeling dive, and finishes. Swimmers will improve technique and stamina, preparing for advanced training and competition. This practice is in the Competition pool which is 6 feet to 12 feet in depth. If your swimmer is 51⁄2 and works best with younger learners, Cubs is the better fit.

Cubs Level 4 Swim Lessons

DescriptionCubs Level 4 is designed for swimmers ages 3 to 5 who have a solid foundation in freestyle and backstroke, whether from Level 3 lessons, prior swim experience, or summer swim team. In this level, swimmers will be introduced to the remaining two competitive strokes: breaststroke and butterfly, expanding their swim skills. If your child has not yet learned breaststroke, this is the perfect starting point! Lessons will focus on the new strokes in the instructional pool, with additional practice in the competition pool (depth 6 to 12 feet) to further refine freestyle and backstroke. If your swimmer is 5 1⁄2 and works best with younger learners, Cubs is the better fit for your swimmer to begin in.
