Simone Joseph“Chef Simones KItchen”Hello! I am Chef Simone. I am originally from Durban, South Africa and a classically trained chef. I have previously cooked for well-known politicians and celebrities, including President Obama, Elton John and George Clooney. In my classes, I take the opportunity to focus on truly teaching children the fundamental skills needed to succeed in a kitchen. In addition to helping them learn the basics, I love helping children learn how to create meals that incorporate all food groups. My hope is that students in my class develop a great appreciation for the food we eat, have fun and feel comfortable experimenting in the kitchen as they make their own meals.
