2024-2025 Aftercare
Aftercare is available to Oak Hill Students only from 3:15-6:00 PM daily on the school year schedule, as well as select no-school days. We offer two aftercare options: KIDS Club for grades K-5 and the Chill Zone for grades 4-8.
Updates for 2024-25: We offer hourly drop-in rates and weekly/monthly subscriptions.
👉 Hourly/Daily Drop-Ins 👈
For those who need less than two hours of care, we recommend the hourly drop-in. You can sign up for hourly at no charge and you will not be billed until you use it. Rates are charged in 15-minute increments and billed monthly. For those who know when they need drop-in coverage, you can prepay for a daily drop-in.
We recommend all Oak Hill families create an account and register for hourly drop-in at the start of the school year. There will be no charge unless you use it, but it puts you in our system if you need last-minute care.

If you know how often you’ll need care for your student, you can sign up for a weekly or monthly subscription at a discounted rate.
For subscriptions Homeroom requires you to select the exact day of the week your child will attend. They are working on making it more flexible, but it’s still a few months out. In the meantime, if you need more flexibility in which days your child will be joining us, email auxiliary@oakhillschool.net so we can make a note for attendance.
