Here you'll find vital information about our After School Enrichment Progam, please review it:
1- Communication: Instructors will use the email address provided during your student's registration in Homeroom. Please keep this in mind and quickly update the email address if any changes happen.
2-Pick-up time: Promptness during pick-up time is crucial, and we ask parents to be on time. If you are running late, please get in touch with your instructor. If you pick up your student late without notification more than once, your student might be removed from the program.
3- Questions: If you have any questions about class schedules, enrollment, or cancellations, please check Homeroom first for possible answers. If you cannot find the information there, please get in touch with your instructor or email us at bancroftase@gmail.com. Please don't contact the Office; they may not have the answers. The PFC manages the After School Enrichment Program in collaboration with external vendors.
4- Feedback: To enhance our program, we would appreciate it if you could complete the Homeroom survey at the end of the season.
