Description
Greetings Dear Families, Does your child enjoy eating a variety of different cuisines? Or is your child looking for new, easy and fun recipes that they want to cook/bake and recreate at home? During this weekly after school cooking/baking class, your child will have the opportunity to learn, cook/bake and enjoy sampling sweet and savory recipes from around the world! These classes are designed just for kids to learn professional cooking techniques such as grocery shopping tips, storing food, menu planning, prepping, testing new recipes and ingredients, understanding your culinary interests and senses, cutting to mincing, plating and serving techniques, knife skills, food safety and cleaning up. The classes are interactive, so there will always be time for learning, questions and answers. My mantra is to inspire children and adults to cook and to equip them with lifelong culinary skills and healthy eating habits. My global cookbook, Tasteful Travels, will be published soon and all proceeds will be donated to charity. I look forward to meeting and teaching your child and taking them on a delicious, exciting and memorable culinary adventure!
