At Creative IQ, we understand how busy parents and kids are these days, and that scheduling for yourself and your family can be tricky. We try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate shifting schedules and needs.
Let us know ASAP if a conflict in scheduling should arise, and we may be able to:
transfer you to another day of classes or session of summer camp (where space allows).
give you credit for future Creative IQ classes, camps &/or parties, within the time frames stated below.
refund payment, within the time frames stated below.
Classes:
Refunds are gladly given for weekly classes within 1 week (7 days) of payment, less a 10% administrative fee per student and less the amount of any class days attended &/or missed.
Cancellations made after 1 week from the payment date are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the start date of the class, when requested with written notice given to the studio (emails preferred), will receive a credit good for 1 year from the date of cancelation, which can be used toward future Creative IQ classes or parties, less a 10% administrative fee per student and less the amount of any classes attended &/or missed.
Missed Classes:
For the 12-class package:
Classes should be used within 12 weeks of your first class. Up to 2 unused class credits can be rolled forward into the following class session (for an additional 12-week window) only with prior notice given in writing to the studio (emails preferred).
For the 6-class package:
Classes should be used within 6 weeks of your first class. Up to 1 unused class credit can be rolled forward into the following class session (for an additional 6-week window) only with prior notice given in writing to the studio (emails preferred).
Other than the 1 to 2 classes that can be rolled over with prior written notice, class prices are not otherwise pro-rated, refunded or credited for missed days or illness. Unused classes are non-refundable.
Summer Camps:
Refunds for Summer Camp are gladly given through April 15th, less a 10% administrative fee per student for each week of camp refunded.
Cancellations made after April 15th, but before May 1st, are non-refundable, but will receive a credit for 75% of the original payment that is good for one year from your cancellation date (and can be used for future Creative IQ classes, camps, &/or parties).
Payments made, &/or credits used toward Summer Camp after May 1st are non-refundable, and not eligible for credit if canceled by the customer.
Camp prices are not pro-rated, refunded, or credited for missed days or absences.
Fall, Winter & Spring Camps:
Refunds are gladly given for Fall, Winter & Spring Camps within 24 hours of payment, less a 10% administrative fee per student and less the amount of any camp days attended.
Cancellations made after 24 hours from the payment date that are not within 30 days of the start of your registered week of camp are not refundable, but will receive a credit good for one year toward future Creative IQ classes, camps &/or parties applied to your account, less a $50 administrative fee per student for each camp credited.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the start of your registered week of camp or during your registered week of camp are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
Camp prices are not pro-rated, refunded, or credited for missed days or absences. Unused Extended Care hours are non-refundable.
Arty Party:
Refunds for parties are gladly given within 72 hours of payment, up to two weeks from the scheduled event date.
Cancellations made by the customer after 72 hours from payment, not within two weeks of the scheduled event date, will receive a credit, less a 10% administrate fee, good for one year toward future Creative IQ classes, camps &/or parties applied to your account.
Cancellations made by the customer within 2 weeks of the scheduled event date are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
Full Class/Camp/Party:
Refunds are gladly given within 30 days of initial payment less a 10% administrative fee when you register & pay for a class, camp, or party that is full AND you cannot be enrolled in your 1st, 2nd, OR 3rd class/camp/party choice.
After 30 days from the payment date, unrefunded payments will become a credit toward future Creative IQ classes, camps & parties, less a $50 administrative fee.
Any resulting credit is valid for one year only from the credit date.

Cancellation Credits:
Credit given toward future classes, camps, parties, and workshops is non-transferable and must be used within ONE YEAR of the initial cancellation date made by the purchaser.

Creative IQ offers student pick-up from Lafayette for our afterschool art classes!
Jump right into an exploration of your creativity and bring out your inner artist! Creative IQ Art Studio offers art classes, camps, & art parties for all ages. With an emphasis on drawing and painting, our art classes are designed to teach and develop students overall drawing skills, painting technique, and artistic creativity. Students learn fine art concepts, such as color theory, composition, value, and perspective. Creative IQ also provides students the opportunity to explore a variety of mediums and art materials, to help further develop their ability to express themselves and their creative ideas. Creative IQ programs promote creative arts literacy, community involvement in the arts, cultural enrichment, social creativity, interpersonal social skills, and creative self-expression.
