COOKING CLASSES/ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS
SCHOOL ENRICHMENT - Chef It Up 2 Go is a hands-on cooking class where we use creativity to make fun delicious menu items. From fresh pasta to cupcake decorating kids will have a blast all while learning and preparing and assembling fun foods and drinks. We will teach kids basic cooking skills and techniques such as chopping, mixing, measuring, muddling, rolling all while keeping it entertaining! We will also be teaching kids food safety, knife safety and allergy awareness. These are all life skills that they are learning and will increase their love for cooking! We take great pride in knowing that our classes are fun, safe, educational, creative and inclusive! All products are always 100% peanut & tree nut free. Please be sure to read our Food Allergy Statement on our website. Chef It Up 2 Go offers continuous 4-10 week sessions throughout the school year which follow the counties schedules. These classes are on location at your child’s school and if no oven is readily available we will prepare all items as make, take and bake at home. No supplies needed. All supplies will be provided for this activity.
Cancellation policy
Should you choose to drop the class, please do so within 24 hours before the first class. There are no refunds after this time. The cancellation policy is that cancellations are refunded minus a $25 non refundable transaction fee. Young Rembrandts teaches drawing, the fundamental skill of all visual arts to children aged 5 to 12. Our unique, proven method and step-by-step curriculum foster a wealth of skills such as fine motor skills, handwriting readiness and attention to detail. Children taught using our method develop increased patience, discipline and focus as well as a host of artistic skills such as art vocabulary and history, drawing and art skills, and expanded creativity, imagination and confidence.
