Description
Flag football games and skills. Players will learn the rules of football as well as how to run patterns and learn how football plays work. Players will also get specific instruction on how to catch and throw a football. Each session will end in a fun game after a few drills and warm ups. With players being able to guard each other it's great for all levels of play where players at similar ability levels will be matched up. Great for boys and girls.
