Description
Get ready for a wild Garden-to-Table culinary adventure! Between horseback rides, our young chefs will transform into garden explorers and forest foragers, discovering nature's hidden treats. Campers will learn the thrilling art of cooking over an open fire (if the weather cooperates), create their own custom garden-to-popsicle, or blend fresh-picked smoothies. They'll become plant detectives, learning which wild edibles are safe to eat, and craft beautiful (and delicious!) bouquets with fresh herbs from our garden. Special missions may include making lemonade with foraged add-ins, starting a mini microgreen garden, and participating in exciting taste tests of wild and wonderful flavors. It's like a cooking show meets wilderness adventure - all between riding lessons!
******Please note that Pre-School (Age 3-4) camp runs from 9am-12pm, and that the cost consistent with full-day camp reflects the additional staff required for our pre-school group. Families of preschoolers may add an extended day option for $10/hr up until 3pm.
What to bring
No supplies needed. All supplies will be provided for this activity.
Cancellation policy
To provide the best possible experience, deposits are used to plan and secure staff for our school and camp seasons. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable.
Additional Policies:
Homeschool Program: We work hard to meet the needs of each age group, and spend much time intentionally staffing so that each child is well-supported when they are here. For this reason, the days you register for are not transferrable.
Camp: If you do need to cancel due to illness, we are happy to apply your balance to a future program, available camp week, after school club, or school vacation week program.

A Pre-K Through 8 Farm & Forest School, Summer Camp, and Homeschool Program
Wildwood Acres Farm & Forest School is an independent school and summer camp that provides a unique educational experience for children from Pre-K through Grade 8, as well as summer camps and a supplemental homeschool program available Tuesday through Thursday.
