Description
Join our Junior Counselor Team for a transformative summer! Our Junior Counselor in Training (JrCIT) program is designed for 7th-9th graders (Fall of 2025) who want to develop leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience. JrCITs will start their day with engaging leadership training and team-building activities, followed by a short break. Then, they’ll step into action, assisting in Summer Adventures classes for younger campers, helping lead activities in art, science, sports, and creative play.
