Description
Scratch coding is a block coding curriculum developed by MIT. Students will discover project-based learning and understand the learning objectives that promote STEAM education. Introduction to AI in Scratch: AI for kids can help develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills by providing interactive and engaging learning experiences. We will be focusing on project-based learning that intersperses AI and introduction to gaming in Scratch: A 2022 study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association found that video games have a positive effect on children, including better performance on cognitive skills tests involving impulse control and working memory compared to children who have never played video games. We will be focusing on understanding the fundamentals of gaming, with a focus on STEAM.
