As former afterschool providers, we understand the meticulous planning and attention to detail that auxiliary directors put into ensuring the seamless operation of their programs. Beyond managing sudden roster changes and facilitating games, these leaders invest considerable time and love into designing one-of-a-kind programming that caters to the interests and needs of their students.
One of the unique challenges of an auxiliary program director is they often work solo and lead all programming for the campus. This makes finding a community of like-minded professionals all the more critical. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with the Summer Programs and Auxiliary Revenue Collaborative (SPARC), the premier national organization serving independent school auxiliary program leaders.
We look forward to learning with this vibrant community of passionate individuals who are building the future of children’s enrichment at their schools.
