School Year Swim Lessons
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your enrollment at Ensworth Swim School, please submit your request via email at least 15 days before
the 1st of the upcoming month. Send all cancellation requests to swimschool@ensworth.com, and be sure to
include the swimmer's name, level, swim day/time, and reason for cancellation. If you have any questions or need
assistance, please contact the Ensworth Swim School leadership team at
or swimschool@ensworth.com.
Makeup Policy:
At Ensworth Swim School, our make-up policy allows swimmers to trade in 4 missed group swim lessons for one of
the following:
-One private swim lesson
-One swim clinic (offered on school holidays)
Please note that only one missed group lesson can be counted per month, and the missed lesson must be
communicated at least 12 hours in advance via phone or email. For unique circumstances, please reach out to our
swim school leadership.
All make-up trade-ins will be scheduled directly with the swim school leadership team. To begin the scheduling
process, please email swimschool@ensworth.com.
